Overview
The SMARTEMP CNW-AD circular nozzle is engineered for extended throw air distribution in commercial HVAC systems. Designed as an “eyeball” type nozzle with a round mounting flange and concentric discharge face, the unit enables flexible installation in ducts, walls or bulkheads.

- Round eyeball nozzle face for 360° aesthetic and efficient airflow.
- High-velocity jet discharge for long throws (DN100 to DN500) or optional swirl discharge for shorter throws (DN250 to DN500) using radial swirl vanes.
- Adjustable discharge direction over a 60° arc (±30° from central axis) – allows targeted air distribution and optimised comfort.
- Multiple adjustment modes:
- Manual swivel (DN100 – DN630)
- Thermal self-acting wax-bulb actuator (DN315 – DN630) directs air up in cooling mode, down in heating mode automatically.
- Electric actuator (24 V AC/DC, 2-10 V analogue control) for BMS integration (DN315 – DN630).
- Powder-coated aluminium construction ensures durability, corrosion resistance and clean architectural finish.
- Stable airflow performance across varying supply-to-room temperature differentials (ΔT ≥ -8 K) maintains high comfort levels even for long throw distances. The diffuser typically delivers an ADPI in excess of 80%.
