VA Series controllers are recommended for external rotor motor fans to ensure adequate motor cooling under reduced-speed conditions. The VA500B-POT model is equipped with a 500K potentiometer, enabling reliable adjustment of the minimum fan speed and providing stable performance across a wide range of applications.
Installation and Operation
This potentiometer-type controller is intended for internal equipment mounting rather than a wall plate. A wiring diagram is included for easy and accurate installation. When controlling multiple fans, all units should be of the same type and capacity, and their total load must not exceed 85% of the controller’s full load current (FLC) rating.
