Air Diffusion Agencies Pty Ltd has entered into an agreement to acquire the business assets of Paltech Corporation (Aust) Pty Ltd.
Air Diffusion Agencies is a leading manufacturer and supplier of HVAC products. The company operates six branches across South Australia, Queensland, and the Northern Territory. It also manufactures polyester and flexible duct products at its facility in Beverley, South Australia.
Paltech operates five branches throughout Victoria and manufactures polyester and flexible duct products at its state-of-the-art facility in Knoxfield, Melbourne. Following the acquisition, Paltech branches will continue to trade under the Paltech name.
Bill Threadgold and Rhonda Cooling, owners of Air Diffusion Agencies, said they are excited to expand ADA’s operations into Victoria.

The acquisition is expected to be completed before the end of September 2023.
