Air Diffusion Agencies Pty Ltd has entered into an agreement to acquire the business assets of Paltech Corporation (Aust) Pty Ltd.
Air Diffusion Agencies is a leading manufacturer and supplier of HVAC products with 6 branch locations in South Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory and a polyester and flexible duct manufacturing facility located at Beverley in South Australia.
Paltech has 5 branch locations in Victoria with a state of the art polyester and flexible duct making facility located at its Knoxfield branch location in Melbourne.
The Paltech branches will continue to trade under the Paltech name.
Bill Threadgold and Rhonda Cooling, the owners of Air Diffusion Agencies said that “we are excited to expand the ADA business operations into Victoria. The Paltech business is an excellent fit for ADA, with Paltech manufacturing and supplying a quality range of products that are well accepted by customers. We thank Greg and his team for their efforts in building the Paltech business over a number of years”.
Greg Palmer, owner of Paltech commented that “After over 30 years in the HVAC Industry, I am happy to retire knowing that Air Diffusion Agencies will continue to take the Paltech business forward”.
It is expected that the acquisition will be completed prior to the end of September 2023.
