- Change of Mind: Goods may be returned for a refund minus 15% to cover restocking and payment fees. You must notify us within 14 business days of receiving the order and goods must be returned in their original condition.
- Faulty or Incorrect Goods: If you believe a product is faulty, not as described, or incorrect, notify us within 14 business days. If the claim is proven, we may rectify the issue or offer a full refund at our discretion.
- Electrical Items: Must be installed by a qualified professional. For returns, provide an invoice or certificate of compliance from a licensed installer detailing the work and parts replaced.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 working days.

6. Warranty
- All parts sold carry a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
