• 1 X AD3045 – Electrical Box (C/W Switch, Brackets & Cable)
• 1 X AD3000 – MRU Roof Unit
• 1 X AD3220 – QM Series Keypad
• 1 X AD5200 – Keypad Cable

Kit can’t be used with a 5 wire motor.(Must replace motor to use kit)
