D3 is a Defrost Controller for use on the Outdoor Heat Exchanger in Reverse Cycle Air Conditioners, Swimming Pools and Spa Heaters. D3 is a drop-in replacement for many of the old style Mechanical or Electronic Defrost Controls that have failed and cannot be repaired due to age or availability.
